Day 1
Arrival at Hosea Kutako International Airport where you will be met. Arrival needs to be early in the morning. Swakopmund is much loved by Namibians as a welcome respite from the heat in the interior. It is also popular amongst visitors because of its old-world charm and relaxed atmosphere. Founded 1892 during the period of German colonial rule, it served as the territory’s main harbour for many years.

Day 2
The day is spent at leisure. You can participate in an optional excursion to Walvis Bay to enjoy an adventure packed tour to Pelican Point and the beautiful Bay Area. From meeting with Pelicans to feeding Seals, and if luck permits, leaping Dolphins and shy Turtles… You drive back to Swakopmund approximately at 13:00 where the remainder of the day is spent at leisure for some shopping.

Day 3
After breakfast you depart from the coast and drive via Usakos to your next destination. The remainder of the day is spent at leisure.

Day 4
Today you travel via Outjo to Etosha Safari Camp. If time permits, you will drive to Etosha to view some animals. The Etosha National Park was proclaimed as Namibia’s first conservation area in 1907 by the then German government. At that stage it covered a vast area of 93 240 km² and was the largest game reserve in the world. Today the Etosha National Park covers an area of 22 270 km² and is still one of the largest game reserves in Africa.

Day 5
Today you explore the Etosha National Park and visit the various waterholes to view animals with your guide (own vehicle). During the afternoon you exit the park again and drive back to the lodge.

Day 6
Today you explore the Etosha National Park and visit the various waterholes to view animals with your guide (own vehicle). During the afternoon you exit the park again and drive to the lodge.

Day 7
After breakfast you will travel via Otjiwarongo and Okahandja to Okapuka Ranch. In Okahandja your guide will stop at the Kavango Woodcarvers Market where you will have the opportunity to buy the last souvenirs before you continue to Okapuka. Guided tour ends after arrival at the lodge.

Day 8
Transfer to Hosea Kutako International airport or to Windhoek where the tour ends. End of services
